ANWAR JANGAN BERI UJIAN DNA PADA KERAJAAN BN.

Jika mereka benar-benar mahu DNA apakah rasionalnya. Jika Anwar melakukan liwat ke dubur saiful, apakah kesan itu ada pada dubur saiful lagi, apakah anwar mampu melakukannya dalam keadaan pinggang anwar yang sakit dan 'barang anwar yang tak berapa tegang akibat tekanan kerja dan sakit pinggang'

Untuk mengelak kontroversi dan keadilan saya cadangkan beberapa cadangan:

1. Adakan suruhanjaya siasatan bebas
2. Pegawai polis yang menyiasat kes anwar 1998 perlu digugurkan dan jangan ada pengaruh terhadap pegawai baru dan bawahan, perlu jaminan KDN
3. Panel doktor bebas di tubuhkan
4. Jaminan surat dari PM bahawa siasatan adil dijalankan, bukan seperti 1998 dimana laporan perubatan doktor ditukar

Saudara Anwar Ibrahim!My 2 pence worth:

1.Like in a Rape Matter, within 24hrs/max 48hrs of the “incident”, the victim if she reports to the Police, The Rape Crises Unit, will take her for a thorough Medical Examination.

2.The Medical Examination will ascertain inter alia, if there is/are present “foreign”{other then the victim’s}sperm,pubic hair etc.

3.If there is not such, then NFA.

4.If there is, then the victim points to the perpetrator.

5.WITHOUT collateral evidence, the Police CANNOT extract any form of “samples” from the “perpectrator”.

6. The investigators must then only record a statement from the so called “perpectrator” and then hand over the findings to the DPP for a decision.

7.The DPP must weigh the evidence by the Investigators and only if satisfied that there is a case, where prima facie there is evidence, can The DPP order to charge.

My analysis:
1. The Investigators must have taken all the necessary FORENSIC evidence from Saiful.
2. The Investigators must inform you/yr solicitors of the FIR[by Saiful}as per the Criminal Procedure Code.
3. The “Order to Arrest” which is always immediately follows the Order to Charge must be complimentary.
4. The Police must be willing to hand over the Forensic Evidence to you for your Independent Experts to compare yr DNA for consistencies!
Your cannot be “Ordered” to give your DNA, for Godsakes!

I am reliably informed:
1. Saiful’s Fiance’{who has a fetish for shoes} is the daughter of the PA to Datin R!
2.I am reliambly informed that the “condo” in Damansara on Thursday when the so called incident took place, was a meeting of many Honchos with you!

Anyway!
1. We know the 1998 nonsense!
2. We know there are “frightened” persons after 08/03/08

From 1975{and u & all of us did not critize Tun Razak &/or Petronas!}, we have been patient!
